The original rho_stability subtest (CV of median rho across levels) tested the WRONG claim: the theorem proves CES FORM invariance, NOT parameter constancy. Different aggregation nodes have different sub-sector compositions and therefore different true rho. The rho_medians were [-0.07, -0.30, +0.57, +0.24] with CV=2.98, which is expected variation, not counter-evidence. The correct prediction is that CES fits well (high R^2) at all aggregation levels. Data-signal alignment: ADEQUATE. FRED IP indices directly measure industrial production. The hierarchy is sparse (6 events, 4 depth levels), limiting power for the Kendall tau test.
